As a member, you’ll have access to our training facility with high-quality equipment, and recreational area with boxing bags for strength, conditioning, and confidence. Group classes and personal training options. We are a welcoming, inclusive environment for all fitness levels. Healthy snacks  smoothies, and food options coming soon.

CARDIO CALISTHENICS (MON 6PM-7PM)    Bodyweight strength exercises with high intensity movements to boost endurance and body fat.
FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH (WED 6PM-7PM)                 Exercises designed to improve body movement for daily life activities, lifting, carrying and bending. 
CIRCUIT TRAINING (FRI 6PM-7PM)                  High energy, full body workouts that rotates through stations of varying types of exercises (strength, cardio, plyometrics)
